Anna's New Accessory

Anna received a new fashion accessory at the eye doctor this afternoon.  She has to wear the patch for two hours each day and may only have to wear it for three months.  The eye doctor told us again how lucky we are that we brought her in so young, otherwise the favoritism towards the right eye could end up never getting better.  Good thing for those squinty eyes, I guess!

We were shopping one day and thought Anna and Mady needed these matching shirts.  It's so true!!!

Storytime and Window Coloring

Our neighbor, Jenni, babysits her two nieces and they are the same ages as Levi and all the girls here.  We started taking them to storytime at the library and everyone has lots of fun.  Last Friday, we decorated canvas bags for the kids to take with them to the library and put in the books they want to take home. 

I saw some "window" Crayons at Kroger the other day and thought it would be fun for the kids.  I hope I know what I'm getting myself into!!!

Final Christmas Post

Happy New Year

We went to the zoo to see the Wildlights on New Years Eve.  We got there around 4, so we could actually catch some of the animals before it went dark and then we got to see all of the beautiful lights!

Xavier and Anna serenaded us on the drive there singing their versions of "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" and "Jingle Bells."  Isabelle took some video on her new iTouch...it's pretty cute!

Christmas at Home

We had our family Christmas dinner at Bravo on Friday night.  When we got home, Brian and I opened our gifts from the kids.  Xavier picked out dueling remote control race cars for Brian and Anna and Isabelle got him a neck massager.  The kids picked out a blender and a rotisserie oven for me.  Xavier and Anna were pretty big fans of our gifts!

Santa came while we were sleeping Friday night. Xavier was SO excited about Santa on Friday night, but forgot all about him Saturday morning. After lots of hints, he finally ran downstairs to take a look!  This was around 7:30am, so it was still dark out.  Xavier couldn't open his eyes because the "flash was sooo bright."  He's trying to hard to hold them open, haha!
